60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 60 days from delivery to try the product. If you don't see a real improvement — less itching, calmer skin, healthier coat — we'll refund the full amount, even if the bottle is opened. Just reach out: the risk is on us.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns for withdrawal are accepted only for sealed, unopened products. Opened products are instead covered by our 60-Day Guarantee.
How to request a refund
Email infopawtein@gmail.com with your full name and order number. We'll reply within 24-48h with instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the approved request.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
